Robert C. Jansen Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer and President, Rob leads daily business operations and oversees the development and execution of the Company’s growth strategy and initiatives. Rob has been in the information technology sector for over 25 years providing leadership, consulting, and implementation services to leading Fortune 1000 clients. Working with his team of industry-leading executives, Rob oversees all TekStream practice areas and functional disciplines including sales, solution development, and client delivery.
Prior to founding TekStream, Rob was Vice President of Sales for Enterpulse/Idhasoft and responsible for forging and managing the strategic alliances of the company, including Oracle, and for selling the solutions which Enterpulse/Idhasoft implemented for its clients.In addition, Rob was responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s sales forecast and serving on an executive team to manage the company’s strategic decisions for sales growth, resource investments, and operational strategy including the profit and loss report.
In this capacity, Rob’s leadership allowed Idhasoft to grow revenues at over 220% from 2009-2010 and increased profitability to allow for the continued investment in people, systems and processes to support the organization’s growth. Prior to joining Enterpulse/Idhasoft, Rob spent over 7 years with Plumtree Software and BEA Systems, Inc. (acquired by Oracle, Inc.) in a variety of roles including Southeast Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineering Lead and Implementation Manager, where he provided license sales, process and technical consulting services for the design, development, and implementation of business solutions. During this time, Rob had the opportunity to work with startup, regional and global companies including the American Cancer Society, ExxonMobil and Proctor and Gamble.
In addition, Rob was part of the Management Consulting practice of Price Waterhouse Coopers, where he helped global organizations design and develop Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions using SAP. Rob received a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering with a minor in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Virginia. Rob currently resides in Atlanta with his family.
Judd J. Robins Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Judd drives the overall strategy and revenue growth for TekStream consulting services. He leads territory campaigns to boost customer awareness and solution delivery quality, helping TekStream become a top partner in the cybersecurity and cloud industry. Judd has extensive experience in increasing market share in competitive technology industries, working in the Fortune 1000 and Public Sector space. He holds a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from Virginia Tech and lives in Atlanta with his family
Mark A. Gannon Executive Vice President, Talent Management, Recruiting Services
Mark Gannon’s 22 year career in the recruiting industry includes a strong track record in Corporate Recruiting, Recruitment Consulting, in addition to Recruiting Agency Sales and Team Management. In 2002, Mark relocated to Atlanta and took on a Recruiting role for a local staffing agency. Over his 9 years there, Mark took on the management of new company targets demonstrating repeated success in the building of sales and delivery teams. In 2011, Mark along with two clients started TekStream Solutions.
TekStream Solutions was formed to combine recruiting and talent management with consulting services expertise in AWS, Splunk and Oracle technologies. The combination of consulting and recruiting expertise has been merged to provide clients a partner that can assist with the deployment of consultants as well as targeted location of critical resources. TekStream’s notable successes over the last 9 years include multiple recognitions on the INC. 5000, Atlanta’s fastest growing companies, Atlanta’s best places to work and Oracle partner of the year. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Randolph Macon College in Business/Economic and currently resides in Atlanta with his family.
Troy Allen Vice President, Cloud Services
As Vice President of Cloud Solutions, Troy is responsible for TekStream’s strategic business solutions built on Oracle technologies, including Oracle’s PaaS offerings and WebCenter technologies. Solutions include TekStream’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) for WebCenter and Cloud Business Solutions. In addition, Troy oversees TekStream’s Support Services, TekStream University and training programs, and TekStream’s CloudStream hosted solutions. Troy has extensive knowledge of IT systems and experience working with high-caliber companies.
His technical experience includes 11 years with Stellent/Oracle Universal Content Management application with specialization in Enterprise Records Management, Digital Asset Management, Web Content Management and Information Rights Management. He also brings a strong foundation in web design and development, expertise in all Oracle WebCenter Content Management modules, and operational experience of enterprise level engagements to TekStream.
In 2010, Troy was named an Oracle Deputy CTO in an Oracle program that recognizes a distinct group of leading Oracle Technical Architects from North American Oracle SI organizations. Prior to joining TekStream, Troy served as E20 Chief Architect for Sena Systems, Inc. His career also includes work with Idhasoft, Oracle and Stellent, Inc., where he served in various sales and director positions. Troy received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a Minor in Business and Technical Writing from Jacksonville State University in Alabama.
Jonathan Bohlmann Director, Managed Services
With over 20 years in the IT industry, Jonathan is a Swiss army knife at Tekstream. He is an engagement director, runs our Managed Service practice, and is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP)®. In his current role as Director, Managed Services, Jonathan works as a client advocate as well as leading all phases of the project (discovery, design, implementation, managed services) to ensure project success. He also manages our onshore and offshore consulting as well as vendor management.
As Director, Managed Services, he manages complex end-to-end projects specializing in data warehouse, content management, workflow, and imaging management. In addition, Jonathan is the company’s Atlassian, (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) administrator.

Mubeen Bolar Director, PMO
Mubeen Bolar, Director, PMO, has over 20 years of experience in managing full life cycle web-based application development projects. He has managed complex end to end projects involving Billing System, Point of Sale System, Oracle WebCenter Portal, Content Management and Imaging, AWS Lift and Shift and AWS Database Migration.
As the Director of PMO, Mubeen oversees and directs the project management team to ensure quality and success of delivery. Major clients include EMO Trans, Dell Computers, Florida State Board of Administration, Cox Auto, Cox Communications, Oracle Professional Services and Amazon Web Services.
Karl Cepull Vice President, Operational Intelligence
As Vice President of the Operational Intelligence practice, Karl is responsible for successfully delivering on projects using technologies in cybersecurity, IT Ops, Dev Ops, and Observability spaces. These include Splunk, Demisto, CrowdStrike, and others.
Karl has over 40 years of experience in the information technology industry, including infrastructure architecture, software development, and management of multiple portfolios. He has extensive experience in various portal frameworks, content management solutions, and Splunk. As Vice President of the Operational Intelligence delivery team, he works to ensure the success of client projects. Prior to TekStream, Karl worked for many large corporations including IBM, Westinghouse, Intercontinental Hotels Group, and Walt Disney Imagineering. Karl holds both a Bachelors of Computer Science and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Florida. Karl currently resides in Atlanta with his family.
Matthew Clemmons Strategic Director, Splunk
As Strategic Director of the Splunk division, Matthew is responsible for driving revenue for TekStream’s Splunk Consulting practice, Managed Services, Cloud, and Licensing businesses. He works collectively with his team to launch campaigns for TekStream and Splunk to jointly execute on how to identify new leads and ultimately drive revenue. He is also focused on creating a very high level of satisfaction with our existing customers and ensuring they see return on investment in their Splunk solutions.
Matthew possesses 15 years of sales, sales consulting, big data, cloud, product management, project management, and development experience delivering best-in-class digital and content-related products. He has provided solutions for Fortune 500 companies and has bootstrapped his own digital startup.
Matthew’s early career began at Milliken & Co. where he spent 2 years developing e-commerce web applications. He moved on to the consulting ecosystem at PwC where he spent 5 years specializing in PeopleSoft implementations and upgrades. As an Account Executive and Managing Director at TekStream, he has driven millions in Splunk license and professional services revenue.
Matthew earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and his MBA in MIS & Business Strategy from the University of Alabama. He currently resides in Marietta, Georgia with his family.
Cam Coulson Managing Director
As Managing Director of the Oracle Division, Cam is responsible for driving revenue for TekStream’s Oracle Consulting practice, Managed Services, Cloud, and Licensing businesses. He works collectively with his team to launch campaigns for TekStream and Oracle to jointly execute, identify new leads, and ultimately drive revenue. He is also focused on creating a very high level of satisfaction among our existing customers and ensuring that they continue to invest in Oracle Cloud and On-Premise solutions.
Cam’s early career began at IBM Software Group where he spent 6 years selling Portal, Content, Middleware, and Database products as an Account Executive covering various territories across the US Midwest, Northeast and Canada. He moved on to the Oracle partner ecosystem and has been driving Oracle revenue in that space for over 12 years. He has driven tens of millions in Oracle revenue through the channel and has influenced hundreds of millions more through professional services attached to Oracle direct transactions.
Cam is an expert in On-premise Oracle Licensing and in Oracle Cloud Subscription Licensing and is often called in to validate configuration by customers and even as a neutral third party by Oracle. Cam earned his Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada. He currently resides outside of Toronto with his family.
Hardik Desai Director, Oracle Services
Hardik has over 10 years of experience in Information Technologies with the primary focus on Oracle Content Management systems. As the Director of Oracle Services at TekStream Solutions, LLC., he is focused on establishing company and industry-wide best practices around the Oracle IaaS and PaaS services for TekStream’s customers, as well as for our own internal resources.
Hardik is one of the foremost knowledgeable experts in Oracle Content and Data Management technologies, and compliments that with extensive experience in all areas of the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Previous clients worked with include Liggett Vector Brands LLC, ResCare, Inc., RONA Hardware of Canada, Manheim Auction, Jackson Family Enterprises, American Arbitration Association, Agilent, ABM, Chick-fil-A, Dell, State of Georgia, Land O’Lakes, Genuine Parts and Aegerion.
Kevin Donnelly Director, Emerging Technologies
Kevin Donnelly has been working with Portal and Content Management technologies and architecture since 1999. His technology experience includes a variety of architectures; including cloud-first, container-based clustered applications, and traditional server-based deployments. While Director of Portal Technologies for TekStream Solutions, he architected, implemented and managed global intranets for companies of various sizes; within on-premise, datacenter-based, hybrid, and Cloud environments.
As Director of Emerging Technologies, Kevin has a dedicated focus on bringing extensive technical experience to newer technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), machine learning, and cloud-first applications. He holds a number of certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional. Previous clients and architectures include Chick-fil-A, Sherwin-Williams, Rona, the State Board of Administration of Florida, and EMO Trans, as well as multiple large-scale banking institutions.
Christina Ison Director, Recruiting Services
Christina joined TekStream in 2017 as a Senior Recruiter and Lead Account Manager. In her current role as Director of Recruiting Services, she is responsible for leading a high-performing recruitment team, managing client relationships, business development, and driving talent acquisition strategies. With more than 10 years of experience in talent management and recruiting, Christina specializes in optimizing recruitment processes and aligning hiring initiatives with organizational goals.
Christina is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio) and currently resides in Colorado with her husband and doodle.
Bruce Johnson Senior Director, Enterprise Security
Bruce Johnson has over 38 years of experience in the information technology industry, including security, infrastructure architecture, software development, and management of multiple portfolios. He has experience in Splunk, security solutions, cloud migration, portal, content workflow, integration, and project management. As the Senior Director of Enterprise Security for TekStream, he works to implement security and compliance solutions leveraging Splunk for customers in a variety of environments and industries, as well as a variety of cloud migration and broader Splunk consulting solutions.
Cece Kintner Director, Marketing and Sales Operations
As Director, Marketing and Sales Operations at TekStream, Cece is responsible for marketing strategy, sales enablement and the tools and processes used to tell the TekStream story. With 20+ years of experience in marketing, sales and event management, she uses Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and other platforms for lead generation, brand promotion and partner relationship building. She is a creative leader who approaches market challenges and opportunities through analytics, innovation and data-driven insights. A graduate of Central Michigan University, Cece resides in metro-Atlanta with her husband and furbabies.
Abby Mack Human Resources Manager
Abby Mack joined TekStream in 2016 and currently serves as Human Resources Manager. Abby is responsible for overseeing all HR systems, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and designing training programs/policies. Additionally, she works with her team and Executive Leadership to strategize, develop, and implement all culture, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives to align with TekStream Solutions’ mission and core values.
Before joining TekStream, Abby served as the executive director of a state-funded early childhood education program and spent several years as a labor and employment paralegal.
Abby graduated from the University of South Carolina. She currently resides in Woodstock, Georgia with her husband and son.
Kyle McCloskey Vice President, Recruiting Services
Kyle McCloskey joined TekStream in 2015 as Recruiting Manager. Prior to joining TekStream, he held the role of Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at a multibillion-dollar leading Federal Integrator within the Washington DC area. Kyle was successful at implementing and managing multiple recruiting strategies, as well as managing Proposal and Incumbent Capture recruiting efforts. Before taking a role in corporate leadership, Kyle was an Account Manager for a multibillion-dollar award-winning staffing agency. Kyle is a graduate of James Madison University and currently resides outside Washington DC with his wife and daughter.
Greg Moler Director, Cloud Services
As the Director of Cloud Delivery Services, Greg is responsible for a number of key areas including technical counterpoint for client solution architecting and discovery, client system hardware planning, technical oversight of all Cloud implementations, internal solutions support, and career path and training guidance for the Cloud team. His ability to communicate effectively to a technical and non-technical audience makes him equally comfortable operating in a functional, advisory or technical capacity in support of client deliverables.
For the last 17 years he has supported over 80 client engagements with TekStream, Accenture, and All Star Software Systems. Greg holds AWS and Google Cloud Professional Architect Certifications, and works in technologies such as Oracle Cloud, AWS Cloud, Google Cloud, Oracle Fusion Middleware WebCenter, Inspyrus, Hyland, and numerous Capture and OCR/Extraction engines. During his career development Greg has performed duties in all areas of a successful project roll out, from presale engagements, solution architecting, project planning, technical architecting, implementation, custom integrations, documentation, as well as support post solution go live in TekStream’s Cloud Services practice. He has written numerous custom developed tools that integrate with a number of application platforms to deliver the utmost tailored functionality ensuring the highest-grade solution for the client. Greg has a passion for System Architecture and DevOps tools like Terraform and Ansible, bringing a deep understanding of the physical, virtual, and cloud technologies available to assist customers in designing and architecting environments to maximize their solution experience.
Greg currently resides in New Haven, CT with his wife, where he is an active USA Volleyball participant and has a passion for AV, speaker building, and emerging technologies.
Kevin Morton Senior Vice President, Delivery and Operations
Kevin is responsible for leading the formulation of TekStream’s project delivery methodology and the execution of all project-oriented services. In addition, he serves as an expert advisor on customer engagement in the field of portal and content management, with over 35 major implementations in his portfolio of experience.
Prior to TekStream, Kevin was the Executive Vice President of Delivery and Operations for Idhasoft, Inc., where he oversaw the customer delivery of one of Idhasoft’s five business units and managed a staff of over 100 employees. During his term as EVP of the group, the business unit built an impressive list of Fortune 1000 clients and established a number of operational processes that significantly streamlined operations and increased overall financial profitability.
Before his tenure at Enterpulse/Idhasoft, Kevin held the position of Principle – Atlanta City Leader of Luminant Worldwide (1,000+ employee professional services firm) where he was entrusted with the responsibility of opening the new Atlanta office as the regional headquarters for Southeast operations. In this role, he led all aspects of the Atlanta operations including client delivery, sales, third party vendor management and the direct hiring of the entire regional consulting staff while also managing a significant portfolio of web-based projects at clients such as Merrill Lynch ($3 million) and Pfizer ($1 million).
Kevin started his career at Andersen Consulting and then worked at the extremely successful BSG Corporation, formed by a number of ex-Andersen alumni, which grew dynamically to over 750 employees. At BSG, he ran the Packaged Services Extensions and Customization’s Group for over 10 years until leaving to rejoin former BSG founders at Luminant Worldwide. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and post graduate MBA from Texas A & M University and currently resides in Atlanta with his family.
Matt Partsch Director, Recruiting Services
Matt Partsch joined TekStream in 2014 as a Technical Recruiter and Lead Account Manager. In his current role as Senior Manager of Recruiting Solutions, he is responsible for managing client relationships, implementing recruitment strategies, managing teams of recruiters and sourcers, and business development for TekStream’s RPO Division.
Prior to joining TekStream, Matt was an Account Manager for a multi-billion-dollar staffing agency. He has 11 years of professional recruiting and talent acquisition management experience within Defense Contracting, Intelligence, Information Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Telecommunications.
Jennifer Plese Operations Manager
Jennifer Plese joined TekStream in 2011. She currently serves as the Operations Manager working closely with our Account leads to manage resources and fulfill client requests. She partners and supports our clients and internal resources in all aspects from onboarding, offboarding, contract management, project management, and accounts receivable.
Prior to joining TekStream, she worked as an IT Consultant for a Fortune 500 consulting firm and also as a Business Analyst for a leading payroll company. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Georgia and currently resides in Milton, GA with her husband and two sons.
Abhinand Shankar Director, Development Services
As the Director of Development Services, Abhinand is responsible for the implementation of custom enterprise solutions. He leads his team through the development life cycle of the projects and manages delivery to customers.
Abhinand has over fifteen years of experience in designing and developing Enterprise Portals and J2EE web applications. He is an expert in WebCenter Portal and successfully implemented solutions on-prem and in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. He has built Java applications with multiple third-party integrations to provide a global solution. Abhinand has hands on experience with AWS, Oracle Identity Cloud Service and Oracle WebCenter Content. He has been involved in the development and successful delivery of over 30 enterprise solutions.
Abhinand earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore and Master of Science degree in Computer Science from University of Texas, Arlington. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a soccer fan and has a keen interest in pencil sketching.
Diane Vogel Director, Recruiting Services
As Director, Recruiting Services, Diane manages client accounts and relationships, leads and mentors teams, and actively recruits for external clients. She also actively recruits for TekStream’s core Consulting, Splunk and AWS practices. Diane has a Masters in Education from the University of Georgia, Bachelors in Sports Medicine from the University of Virginia and more than 20 years of talent acquisition experience. Prior to joining TekStream, she supported several Fortune 500 companies, partnering with leadership to grow their Consulting and Global Innovation practices. She also worked directly with a Federal contractor for five years. Diane is a DDI Certified Interview Facilitator.
Outside of work, she enjoys being active, volunteering with the local chapter of Virginia’s TRIAD organization and teaching exercise classes at her church. She resides in the town of Mathews, Virginia located on the middle peninsula of the Chesapeake Bay.
