TekStream Solutions Adds Troy Allen as Director of Oracle WebCenter Solutions
ATLANTA (December 6, 2011) –TekStream Solutions, LLC announced today that Troy Allen has been promoted as Director, WebCenter Solutions. TekStream, an Atlanta-based information technology services firm, provides Fortune 500 and mid-sized clients with content management, enterprise portal and resourcing services.
In his new role, Allen will be responsible for leading the direction and creation of product and methodology solutions in TekStream’s Solutions Division, as well as heading the internal training effort.

Since launching in 2011, TekStream has added dozens of experienced professionals from the IT industry and will continue to bring on more employees as the company expands.
Allen’s technical experience includes 11 years with Stellent/Oracle Universal Content Management application with specialization in Enterprise Records Management, Digital Asset Management, Web Content Management and Information Rights Management. He also brings a strong foundation in web design and development, expertise in all Oracle WebCenter Content modules, and operational experience of enterprise level engagements to TekStream. In 2010, he was named an Oracle Deputy CTO in an Oracle program that recognizes a distinct group of leading Oracle Technical Architects from North American Oracle SI organizations.
Prior to joining TekStream, Allen served as E20 Chief Architect for Sena Systems, Inc. His career also includes work with Idhasoft, Oracle and Stellent, Inc., where he served in various sales and director positions. He received a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in business and technical writing from Jacksonville State University in Alabama.
