Business Pain: ABM is a facility service company with more than 100,000 employees and $5.1B in revenue. ABM was managing a portion of their contracts through a custom application called Legal Contract Management System, built on Lotus Domino. ABM was in need of a single platform capable of managing all of their contracts and documents. ABM began looking for an application that could provide enhanced search capabilities for the end-user to find contracts, minimize redundant data and provide improved workflow functionality.

How we fixed it : TekStream implemented WebCenter Content, allowing ABM to transition to a single repository that manages all of their contracts and supporting documents. The new system is also integrated with JD Edwards, the GEP procurement solution, and SalesForce.com.
