AP Solution Accelerator 12c Upgrade for Boardwalk Pipelines

Business Pain: Boardwalk Pipelines (BWP) engaged TekStream in December of 2013 to implement the Oracle AP Solution Accelerator for them. After months of design, development, and testing, the system successfully went live. The system was deploy on Oracle’s 11g Fusion Middleware platform, however in December of 2018 it reached EOL, and was being moved to extended support. Being a key business solution for their AP department, it was imperative that they were on the latest 12c version to maintain support. 

How we fixed it: After many months of working closely with the Fusion Middleware development team as well as Oracle’s Support team to work through the numerous bugs and issues we faced, we were able to get BWP successfully upgraded to the latest 12c platform, without any data loss or invoices that needed to be reprocessed.
