Business Pain: Greystar needed an AP Automation solution to process vendor payments in a more seamless way. Their construction business unit requires that lien waivers to be evaluated and cleared prior to vendor payment, and the AP Automation system needs to be integrated with Oracle Cloud ERP.

How we fixed it : TekStream developed a solution using Inspyrus Invoice Automation, WebCenter Enterprise Capture, and WebCenter Forms Recognition to seamlessly integrate AP Automation with lien waiver verification.  WEC is used to scan and import both invoices and lien waivers and WFR extracts data off of the images.  Inspyrus then attaches the lien waivers to the related invoices for AP to review prior to being sent to Oracle Cloud ERP for payment.
