Business Pain: Adventist Health runs about 22 hospitals and currently operates more than 275 physician clinics, hospital-based clinics and rural health clinics in California, Hawaii, Oregon and Washington.

Adventist Health needed to consolidate electronic and paper documents (including historical scanning) for their entire organization of 35,000 employees into a single document repository.

How we fixed it : TekStream developed a multi-phase project to consolidate and back-file scan 500k+ Adventist Health personnel paper and electronic documents into an organized CEC repository that provides secure role based access and integration with HCM. Phase 2 focused on secure integration between CEC and HCM and Taleo allowing all employees in the entire Adventist Health organization to access their content directly. This approach lessens the burden of the Adventist Health Contact Center and Human Performance teams to provide content to the end-users.
