The Solution

TekStream initiated the engagement by first assessing the financial institution’s needs and how to best support the institutions’ portfolio of banks in specific markets and the National IT division, which impacted all their banks nationwide. The organization wanted to fill several technical roles within six months in addition to positions that had been open for 90+ days. Roles that needed to be filled included:

To build a pipeline of qualified talent that matched their requirements, TekStream first set out to conduct research. It leveraged real-time market data to understand the current demand for the outlined roles that needed to be filled and salary benchmarks.

TekStream also evaluated the current talent acquisition processes to provide recommendations to expedite hiring. The goal was to implement a talent acquisition process that would scale as the organization’s needs evolved while maximizing the use of internal recruitment technology via integrations. TekStream also set up analytics and reporting to facilitate data-driven recruiting decisions.

The information gathered was used to identify talent recruitment channels, build the talent pipeline, increase the volume of candidate outreach and enhance the current recruiting tech infrastructure.

By leveraging TekStream’s recruiting strategy and fulllifecycle recruiters, the institution’s internal recruiting team was able to gain access to a wider talent pool. The organization filled over 100 positions out of 300 submitted applications within six months. TekStream also filled executive roles for the organization, such as Director, VP level and C-Suite leadership positions.
