Rotech Healthcare’s Patient Portal Born in Cloud Modern Application Development

Business Pain: Rotech wanted a cloud-first, responsive web application to connect Rotech’s patients with their legacy back office systems in order to see their service history, service detail, and update their profile information. The new portal had to be HIPAA and ADA compliant.

How we fixed it: TekStream built a cloud-first, AWS server-less architecture, ReactJS, front end application, soon to be followed, by a mobile app for IOS and Android to mirror the same functionality as the web application. TekStream also created an internal view that allows employees to manage users access to the system and user permissions. Rotech trusted TekStream to lead them into their first cloud based application. They had not done anything in the cloud prior to this project.
